    Agreed. Hard to compete with bandwagon fans in a neighboring state. But win a couple games in the conference tournament and it shouldn't be a problem. I personally like our chances of making a Sunday game this weekend.

    ISU has a better chance to win the Big XII tournament than hoks have of making the NCAA tournament. And Wiggins is going to take about two games to be better than anyone the hoks have. It's not just about who you return, you gotta be able to recruit too.

    The Big XII just doesn't get the respect it deserves because the same team has won the conference for like 13 years, which might not be that bad if they were also a FF team every year, but outside of 2008 Kansas (unfairly) represents the conference every time they choke in the tourney.     They have their own fragile unrealistic tournament dreams to worry about right now so maybe they'll leave us alone for once and let the better team be the better team. But you're probably right about them watching, it's going to be a well fought game. Plus the more haters that watch you to...

    While I mostly agree, it's hard to judge an entire conference's season by how a few games against highly motivated and emotional teams go. I mean, at this point how many of our teams will have Top 8 seeds and be playing teams with chips on their shoulders? I think the best we can do is compare...

    Bubble Watch

    I've just got hope that if we can beat West Virginia we can still lose out and be on the bubble. With young talent like Jackson, though, we should be back for many more years even if we don't make it this time.
