    Defensive Holding = Automatic 1st Down??

    I am a little confused. I have been watching football for years and defensive holding has always been an automatic 1st down. Why didn't we get an automatic 1st down when Texa$$ was flagged for defensive holding in the 4th quarter? Did the rules change?

    Weather aside. This could be a big trap game for Okie State. They play Tech the week before and OU the week after. Hopefully we aren't on too much of a high after knocking off OU the week before. :jimlad:
