I suppose there is a risk in bringing the 'old' staff along with the new HC. You aren't finding out if you could have gotten anyone 'better.' That's offset, IMHO, by being able to hit the ground running, evaluate the team members and recruits, establish recruiting responsibilities, etc. I do... -

Went to the M&W BB coming out party last Friday. #1 son there had been 8,000 at last year's event. It looked like there were about that many again this year. Lakes certainly used the 'inexperienced' and 'injuries' crutches a lot in the Grizz game. Thought they had the 'inexperience' thing last year. Didn't seem to hurt them much.
