    I was excited about messenbrink and on the hype train early but I’m not willing to bet he beats David yet. Messenbrink is just new and exciting and fun to watch but he still has another level to get to Carr O’toole. Specifically on top/bottom.

    Yes, depending on the degree of the tear or strain. I didn’t have an MRI done either time nor did I have the recovery resources or professionals helping out like he will have. The amount of care he will get to help alleviate swelling and pain will be second to none.

    I think some coaches play the what-if scenario until their knees bleed and others just stay on their feet and let the kids wrestle and see how it plays out. David had the 1 seed last year and had a hell of a draw to get to the finals so nothing is ever guaranteed. In my opinion those who duck...

    Not saying I know all the details nor am I going to discuss any further. But you definitely don’t know anything from the sounds of it. I believe there’s a lot from this story that hasn’t gotten out and the kid paid the price already. From my interactions with him he isn’t a terrible kid.
