Did you read this comment that someone had about this:

I've heard this is one of the better scenarios actually bc in Miami, your level of drunkenness is taken into account so he might get alot less for only having a .12 and trying to warn the guy who was crossing in the middle of a busy-*** road..

I guess this one person thinks that it's okay to run someone over as long as you warn him first.
