Houston #2 at Baylor #11 11:00 AM CBS today

The game in Ames or the game in Lawrence? Sadly I was at the banked 3 game. :(
Ames, the one where we were up 5 with 20 seconds left and Niang took a charge, then got called for a foul when another guy fell on him.

Then Withey fouled out and they called it on someone else. Then Elijah Johnson had classless play at the end. It didn't show it on the replay I watched, but wasn't this also the game the ISU fan charged at Bill Self?

I think so, yes. Soemthing the Kansas faithful cry about til this day. It's also why I laugh when KU fans cry about other teams "going off from 3" when they had multiple players have career highs (in some cases surpassing previous bests by several points) against us.

More than the banked 3, the Lawrence game is the pinnacle for me on how Hoiberg couldn't manage a game. Up 5 or 6 with just over a minute left, on the road, with several TOs. He didn't utilize defensive subs when he should have, didn't choose to foul before the 3, then let KU score the first 9 points in OT (on the road) before calling a TO. Never been so mad after a game in my life. Then to have fans talk **** when leaving after they were handed the game like that? LOL, it took a few hours for the BP to subside that day.

Might not want to leave Baylor shooters wide open. 8-0 run

It's a home game for them. The run was inevitable.

Just like when we were in Houston, it's how they respond. We showed amazing resiliency in both the first and second halves after getting down 11 and the home crowd going ape ****. Lets see if Houston can respond like we did.

Solid comeback by Baylor. Are they going to get over the hump, or just like the Cyclones, only get to 3 or 4 down, then have Houston push it back up?

Traveled there and got away with it.

I haven't watched enough non-Big 12 ball during conference play to know if the refs are letting ball handlers clear/shield like they've been able to do in Big 12 play. Shead does it constantly, Dickinson does, as well as many others (including Milan) and it'd rarely called. Hope it's something that isn't problematic in the tourney. They could and should call it a lot more than they do.

Nobody could win with first half foul calls/lack of against Houston. Second half is different officiating story as usual.
