Looks like the start of our game on Monday. Nothing falling for Baylor.

With the exception that Baylor's actually getting some calls.

People talk about how similar our defenses are but we are more deny and trap A LOT harder.

Houston is more of a traditional sticky man to man defense. They would rather u swing it around harmlessly cuz they are gonna be squared up and up in you on the catch. If you swing it against ISU there's looks to be had.
Not against Houston.

You actually need to attack with dribble drive which is no easy task either. But swinging the ball just for sake of moving the ball is not going to help you. You need to break them down off the dribble and make plays.

They have the athletes for it for sure.

They apparently didn't let Monday night go to their head. They're sharp so far.

Yeah, so far every time they take it into the paint, it is stolen or blocked. Need to hit 18 threes or so to stay in it

I hit like 11 threes shooting around at the fitness center/gym the other day so it's pretty easy.

I was unguarded and not playing a game and actually woke up the next day with some sort of calf strain from that 15 minutes of 'work'...but still, I don't know why more teams don't just hit 18 threes. /s
