The problem is a bunch of people are way off their rockers about what this means for WCBB.
How bout turnovers ? Lol I mean honestly who cares if she is this amazing then a conference title should matter over personal achievements you’d think. Iowa fans give zero effs about the conference title it appearsThere's a much bigger gap between CC and #2 in the assists per game category.
They don’t even care about Iowa. I was in a bar a few weeks ago and everytime she scored they all cheered. When the rest of the players scored it was crickets. Very very odd

I tend to agree, but long term if it gets more girls paying attention as a role model maybe it pays off more.
I don't think anyone really questions if she's a great basketball player... it's all the other stuff she does on the court when she's not playing basketball that's the issue. With the exception of not getting back on defense... that ticks me off to no end. Her teammates all rush back on defense while she walks or slowly jogs back half the time.

I am not comparing them. Dumbass Hawk fans are the ones comparing them. You are right it’s apples and oranges. Pete’s numbers far surpass anything Clark will end up with.
3.9 turnovers per game with 11.2 assists per game. Bad example
Edit: for comparison, CC averages 4.5 turnovers for her collegiate career, which would be #1 all time in the NBA even with the collegiate game being 8 minutes shorter than the nba. She also averages 8.0 assists per game, which is a pedestrian 1.77 assists to turnover ratio.

I do agree. It's kind of like people trying to compare scoring records of women's NAIA players with CC. If CC played NAIA or D3 she'd average 50+ a game.
Yes, 1.72 turnover/assist ratio is not very good for nba standards. Take a look a look at the current year list. #100 is 2.3 assists to turnovers.
