Taking my crow. Was a bad spot and Cincy was desperate but ISU dominated that game. Probably more likely than not Cincy now misses the dance.
Their lack of ball handling was no match for our high pressure defense. Phenomenal coaching job by TJ and KG to keep this team locked in at all times.
Weird. I've had zero problems with recording or buffering on Hulu. My only gripe is that Hulu has the Hallmark channel, and I have a wife that enjoys such a thing.
I think most were expecting a close game with a loss being a real possibility. Our defense was dialed in, but I was amazed at some of Cincy's really careless and unforced turnovers.
Watching that as a fan had to be painful.
Why, oh why, didn't I place a sizable bet.

How many times are players allowed to transfer to other schools? The last few games I have seen players on their 3rd team already. Is there a limit? It seems like it should be only 1 transfer allowed in your college career.

It works perfectly on my TV through my Roku, but buffers quite often on my computer (which is where I watch most of my games). YouTubeTV almost never did that.
One of ours should let them know he was shunned, even some ku fans are surely just decent people who happen to be born in Kansas. I feel a little responsible.
I've had YouTube (in the past, loved it) and currently have Hulu for the espn+. In one or both of them, I can't remember exactly how to do it now, I declared Iowa State BB as one of my favorites. Doing so, I think on both, automatically means they will record the event. You can just go back anytime and watch it.
I have it set that way, but it only records ESPN+ games. Maybe a game was on there when I set it up and that's all it will do?
For those of you who have the time, I'd encourage you to read Cincinnati's game thread. Many (though not quite all) of their fans are extremely complimentary of Iowa State.
Just watching the replay, and the first 16 minutes of game looked like the exact kind of dog fight that I expected.
Not sure if I've seen a more impactful 8 minutes of playing time than Pav had. Not only gave Tamin a blow, but was everywhere with key passes, steals, defensive stops.
It will be fun having Jizzle James in the conference for the next few years. He's got some moxie and is gonna be a stud. Was fun watching him try to size up against our guards last night. There was a great sequence in the second half where he made Lipsey look silly trying to defend him, and then Lipsey went down the other end and drilled a jumper in his face. Then James crossed Lipsey up again, and Jones switched onto him and promptly picked his pocket for an easy layup.
I'd love to know the ratio of turnovers forced to wide open threes given up, but I'd bet a lot of money the math on that works out totally in our favor.
That steal by CuJo with 11 minutes left in the 2nd half was filthy. He, Lipsey and Gilbert are good for about 2 of those a game and it's huge.
With a name like that, he should be in the adult movie business.
Watching this game, one thing I don't miss from the Prohm/Fred era is the urgency to inbounds the ball after a made basket (to get out on the break). It felt almost like we were constantly trying to get that one back and the urgency seemed to lead to some loss of composure and bigger runs by the opponent (not to mention the occasional turnover when a defender would bait the pass).
Seems like our guys kind of mentally reset after giving up a bucket, and this also probably saves some of that energy for the defensive end.

I worry a bit about TTU on Saturday as a trap game, I know everyone has the Monday trip to Houston circled - hopefully the KU game Monday is enough to get the team's full attention. That hasn't been a problem with this team so far - but that Houston game is huge
