***2023-24 Mens College Basketball Thread***

Banks are always open in Fifth Third Arena.

It's not only named after a bank, but it's actually named after a bank that resulted from the merger of TWO banks that mashed their names together.

Former Chicago resident and Cubs radio listener highly familiar with 5/3rd bank haha.

I do like how the 8 new Big 12 members comment about how Hilton is named for the hotels. Part of me says just leave it uncorrected.

You mean it isn’t named after the hotels?

Houston has some of the same offensive drought issues our teams have had the past few years. I doubt it's a coincidence when you D up like that the whole game.

@UCF is concerning. Somehow they came in ready to compete, I would've never guessed it.

They are hanging in there @Tech right now.

WVU and OKSt are really the only teams of the 14 that are not good teams.
Cincy and UCF are the same type of team. Those are the WORST teams to play when you are ranked and they seem to go all in on those games.
ISU will be ranked for those two road games.....

I know UNC just lost at home but they are 18-5 and in trouble again today. What about their resume says #3?

Same with Wisconsin. Nothing ever screamed #6

If I were a voter I'd never rank any Big Ten team in the top ten until they proved the entire league isn't going to totally crap themselves every single tournament.

I can only imagine if the Big 12, Pac or even Big East failed so spectacularly nearly every year how bad the rest of the media would freak out.

Cincy up!

Let them get this signature win now rather than Tuesday.
Yes please yes. Always a letdown after a huge victory over a top 5 team. But maybe they would be jacked to take down the next conf leading team for 2 in a row? Lets get them a close win but not get on a heater?

What great wins have Wisc and Illinois put together? I think they have both been way over rated lately.
