Palm use to drive me crazy but it's actually easy to figure out what he's doing. He needs clicks so teams like ISU with big and passionate fan bases are perfect for him to mess seed lines with. Last year was pretty laughable, the committee put us at a 3 seed in the mid year deal they do and the next week after 2 top 15 net ranking losses he has us at like a 6 or 7, thats literally not possible lol.Seems like Jerry Palm is going to stick to his guns and underseed us by multiple seed lines again this year. You have to respect his commitment to the bit at this point.
Palm is rated even lower than Lunardi btw. #142 out of a possible 174 bracketologist in the matrix.

Our resume has caught up to our analytics. Both say 3 seed (or 4 seed at worst) as of today. I think we'd be somewhere between 10th-12th on the seed list if the committee reveal was today.

Unless you are Jerry Palm who has us as the last 5 seed. My personal favorite team he has seeded higher than us is 4 seed Clemson, 14-6 and a losing record in the ACC, just classic. Clemson is a 7 seed at most other places I've seen fwiw

I love how a home win over Houston bumps Kansas up to the 2 line and everyone just forgets about the UCF and west Virginia losses. Palm will probably drop us 2 or 3 seed lines after a 2 point loss to a top 15 net team on the road
