Finding a person over six foot is not that uncommon KC. Guessing he is about 6 2

And now, the rest if the story. Meet "Shorty", as everyone there calls him:

Anyhow, Shorty is 7'2". I'll edit the pic and post it when we get home. Departing on Turkish air at 5.45a to Istanbul. 6 hr layover, then to Chicago, where they optimistically give us 1 hr, 40 min to go from international terminal through customs and security and then to domestic terminal for our flight home. The way things have been going lately, we may end up stuck overnight in Chicago.

I have a dryer that still uses that. 7 years old so its not like its from the 80s.
You know it’s going to be a good day when you guess the weight of your checked luggage and that you don’t have to take anything out. Spot on at 50 lbs!!
My wife always has me weigh her bag when she's nearly done packing. "Can you weigh this? I'm almost done?" I always say, "You're fine. You have a couple more pounds you can add." Then she'll finish packing and have me weigh it again and it's always about 10 pounds over the limit.
Do airports weigh check in bags? We have only done carry ons for the last 10 years or so. Pack them tight and use a pack back that is probably larger than you are supposed to have and you are fine for a week.
Yes, 50lbs is the limit. We normally don't check our bags but the type of traveling makes a huge difference. When we go to mexico for a week, it's a lot easier than when we go to Scotland for 2 weeks.
