***2023-24 Mens College Basketball Thread***

Pretty encouraging to be tied for 2nd and have wins over the first place team and the two teams tied for third

The back half might be harder in terms of road games but the front half of our conference schedule is as good as any in the nation for teams we played and beat.

Winning in Houston is a tall order but if we can stay in it, could be a huge opportunity. I know supposedly our conference schedule is #1 of the 14 but that's hard for me to believe with no @Phog.

Man, Purdue is just not fun to watch. I like watching dynamic players and Purdue never seems to have that. Just a 10 footer down low. Their guards really don’t do much it seems.
This is why they typically fail so bad in the tournament. they catch a game where they don't get 30 points from the line and they get beat. they are like that one 7th grade team you hated playing as a kid with the kid that has fully grown adult playing center.

Purdue got away with a massive hook on that last play. The big ten doing this with their best teams is exactly why they lose every single year in the tournament. Their guards will get eaten alive when they play anyone with athleticism that can take Edey away from the basket.

I want nothing to do with Indiana St in the 1st round of the tourney.
I agree...however. I seem to think that of many MVC teams and they actually haven't done great in the tourney recently.

Bucks fans pissed that this Kentucky Florida game is on OT because it's on espn. Bunch of I only watch college basketball in March people. The worst kind of college basketball fan.
