After realignment we have no excuses. You can’t lean on the schedule being one of the hardest anymore. It’s time to either win or not be considered a serious program. The 9/28 road game at Houston will be HUGE IMHO. CMC is awful in September. In theory, that should be a winnable game, but it wouldn't surprise me if we lost.
Very possible that we lose all of our road games this year.
I'm not familiar with Houston stadium situation.... do they play indoors? Or are we looking at another possible Baylor "heatgate" scenario? The 9/28 road game at Houston will be HUGE IMHO. CMC is awful in September. In theory, that should be a winnable game, but it wouldn't surprise me if we lost.

What would be the best way to get tickets for that game? Do you go directly through Arrowhead or KU or ?Looking forward to when those arrowhead tix go on sale!
I can get used to never playing Texa$ again. **** that school.Despite knowing it's been coming for awhile, the lack of Oklahoma and Texas on the schedule is gonna take some getting used to.
I am so sick of losing to Iowa.....just once I wish we could win the LOS against them, not be afraid to throw down field, actually compete on the special teams front, etc.I feel bad for Arky State.
After we inevitably lose to Iowa in stupid fashion and have two weeks to stew on it, we're gonna drop 70 like that 2019 ULM game.
Outside stadium and yes there is a good possibility it will be hot/humid as hell there at that time of year.I'm not familiar with Houston stadium situation.... do they play indoors? Or are we looking at another possible Baylor "heatgate" scenario?

Don't think they have determined where the former Pac 12 tie-in bowl games are going to yet. In 2 years the bowl contract is up so I would expect a lot of changes then.7-10 wins next year would be my expectation.
Does anyone know when all the bowl games alliances will get moved around? maybe they have.
Fritz has never had great years in his first year at a stop, that game is pretty much a must win if you're going to have the season you want to have regardless of where it falls on the calendar. The 9/28 road game at Houston will be HUGE IMHO. All depends on whether we decide to start playing football in September or October. Can't come out of the gate slow again.Barring any big letdown, that's a pretty manageable schedule. While we'll still be young, expectations would have to be 7 wins minimum at this point - and you all know my thoughts on realistic expectations.
It won't matter, since ISU will be in the playoffs.7-10 wins next year would be my expectation.

Seeing Austin was always a great road trip game, but it will be nice not having to listen to their fan base. Horn's Down.I can get used to never playing Texa$ again. **** that school.
