Hassel would be about the closest I can think of, but I can't say I ever hated him. More disliked due to his hawk trolling, but since Iowa Everywhere I've grown to like him a lot. He seems fair for the most part, and one is of the few hawk fans who isn't afraid to criticize them when warranted.

Fran McCaffrey. Total douche of a coach, but everything I've heard about him off the court, he's a good person.

Vitale is like that for me. I cannot stand him as a broadcaster, but what he’s done for cancer has him in the good guy column.
Was actually thinking the same thing. He’s got some serious anger management problem and during games he’s a nut. But have heard the same thing even once the dust settles on a game he is genuinely good guy.

Heard him speak in person once and honestly you can’t hate the man. Dislike his broadcasting style and voice even for all I care. But that dude is one of the most positive and happy people I’ve ever heard speak. He loves life and people. And yes his passion for battling cancer is stellar.
My son-in-law. Hate is a strong word. Let's just say I was less than impressed by him. The first time I met him, we were together with my daughter for about 2 hours and he never took his nose out of his phone or said more than two words, none directed toward me. He turned out to be a pretty solid guy, however, and is now a police officer in the town I live in.
Hated him early on as a Packer, loved him as he got older, and as a Viking. Didn't care about the **** pics, now hate hit for the welfare theft.
