Think it’s weird how much opposing fans and media slob all over him. He’s overrated.
He’s a decent coach, but nothing great IMO. Definitely overrated, agree.

We’ll need Lipsey back. You can’t depend on Gilbert and Jones to have games like that against ksu. And you can’t count on 27 turnovers against them either.Of course I'm nervous, it's big 12 basketball and Iowa St, but computers don't care about feelings. Kst is like #50, and Iowa St was 9th before today.
Today's win by Iowa St was a pretty big upset. K St's chances Wednesday, are similar to what Iowa St's were today. So can KSt win? Yes, but it would be a pretty decent upset.
Considering Tre is a very good FT shooter, I also thought he'd be in late, in place of RJones/Ward.Yep. I questioned why TJ had him out there down the stretch instead of Tre King, especially on offense, but proved me wrong. He was crucial.
I didn't expect to hear from them, since it was a win. But I guess there's always something to ***** about.NOCREATIVITY
Any indication as to whether he'll be back for KSU?We’ll need Lipsey back. You can’t depend on Gilbert and Jones to have games like that against ksu. And you can’t count on 27 turnovers against them either.
I think it’s up in the air.Any indication as to whether he'll be back for KSU?
I would have rather had Tamin for today's game, than Wednesday at home vs K St. I still think TCU is a better team than KSt, and the Hilton advantage will be big, especially if we still don't have Tamin. We’ll need Lipsey back. With the good game from Curtis Jones and Gilbert, plus Watson stepping up providing bench depth, I could see the staff not rushing him back, especially with KU in one week.Any indication as to whether he'll be back for KSU?
Not to worry, the next loss or the next 'bad' stretch, the naysayers will be out, complainig how TJ does doesn't do this or didn't do that.Getting so tired of blaming the coaches when the team doesn't perform the way someone thinks they should. We played some of our worst ball against BYU, and then, in our very next game, come into TCU's home court and - without our starting PG - beat the 19th ranked team in the country. I really don't care how they did it. We won. Well done players and well done coaches. TJ has this team so far ahead of where people expected a year and a half ago.
Weird you didn't pull up my other post where I admit I was wrong.NOCREATIVITY
It means that Clonedude is always gonna Clonedude.WTF does this even mean?
Weird you didn't pull up my other post where I admit I was wrong.
Still doesn't change the fact it was the best game I've seen them play in 3 years under TJ considering the circumstances and they still almost choked it away.
Eh, look at TCU before him. He's a good coach, even if he is kind of a turd.Think it’s weird how much opposing fans and media slob all over him. He’s overrated.

so many doomers
Yeah I get you. But it's like I still don't understand how a five star is a work in progress.Of course I'm nervous, it's big 12 basketball and Iowa St, but computers don't care about feelings. Kst is like #50, and Iowa St was 9th before today.
