It gives bad officials more power than they should have. Stupid AF TCU never hit double bonus.
Live ball turnovers. Hindsight, they would have been better off draining the clock, and throwing a bad shot at the rim.
Refs were trash but there is no point in complaining about it.
What can you say about Cujo and Gilbert? Nearly 40 combined points and sub 5 TOs. Then add in tremendous D from both. Co players of the game.
Also have to like Milans evolution. His defense has become an asset, his awareness is improved, and his shot selection was pretty good even when he missed.
The bad? Basically 3 things and 3 things only. The biggest is the rebounding. Good lord was that brutal with the sequence on their last possession being a summation of poor blockouts, jump timing, and handles. I know the rainbow and unicorn warriors that c9mprise most of this board will disagree, but Otz almost cost us the game with some really bad rotation decisions/combos. You can't have Pavs and Omaha out there at the same time, and he played BRE way too much there in the 2nd half. Bre and King out there at the same time, with the way the 2nd half was unfolding, was a bad decision. Last is the FT shooting. Can't be your own worst enemy at the line.
The team defense was utterly fantastic for the entire game. The effort, tenacity, and anticipation almost singlehandedly won it for us. If only our anticipation was half as good on the boards.
Awesome win. Wasn't expecting this without Lipsey.

We just won a league game on the road against a ranked team without our best player and some very questionable calls in the second half, come on now.
ISU lost just about every stat . However steals 18-5 in ISU's favor. That was the difference
Huge win!! They played great for 35 minutes and lost their mind for about 3. To be fair, TCU really played a lot better defense the last 8 or so minutes, so the meltdown had as much to do with them as it did with us. +1 on the Tim Floyd scale, any positive number with that is great considering the conference.

Keshon is also learning and improving. One of the areas he needs to improve upon is ball security. Gilbert was the man today, along with C. Jones!

Getting so tired of blaming the coaches when the team doesn't perform the way someone thinks they should. We played some of our worst ball against BYU, and then, in our very next game, come into TCU's home court and - without our starting PG - beat the 19th ranked team in the country. I really don't care how they did it. We won. Well done players and well done coaches. TJ has this team so far ahead of where people expected a year and a half ago.
Yep. I questioned why TJ had him out there down the stretch instead of Tre King, especially on offense, but proved me wrong. He was crucial.
