BYU didn't have their leading scorer the other night who averaged 17.8 per game. They were also missing a forward who was their leading scorer and rebounder last year.

Rob Jones and TJ (as head coach) are both 2-0 at TCU, might as well make it 3-0. Breakout performances from C Jones and Pav make us feel better about the team going forward. Ward, BRE, and Tre each give solid contributions.

Seems like 'they're down their best player, should be a win' turns into the opponent upping their game in some way to compensate.
ISU doesn't have the skills across the board for that imo but one can dream.
Having Curtis Jones step up would be good for today and really good for the development of the team for the rest of conference play (and beyond).

I don’t like anything about this match up. TCU wins 64 to 50.
This is going to be a bloodbath without Lipsey facilitating. Curtis Jones and Gilbert will be a disaster running the point. If Pav plays alot that's even worse, TCU is extremely athletic and I don't know how he even gets a shot off.
lol yep- I do it every road game in attempt to “buy” a road win for us.
Otz said day-to-day on Thursday with a "shoulder sprain", he sounded doubtful to me.
