Is Garza in the league?Yes, announcer said Garza has transform his game into what the NBA likes.
He also said Patrick was playing well before injury. Complete ball washing on the BTN.
Plays for the Timberwolves.Is Garza in the league?
Great G League player but doesn’t get much opportunity in the NBA. Just not athletic enough to stick in the league. Played in 7 games this year so far.Plays for the Timberwolves.

Has played in 7 games this year avg about 3 minutes per game.Plays for the Timberwolves.
So Big 12 has 8 out of top 12, B1G has 8 out of bottom 12 (including Iowa). About right.Time for my annual "co-rank the Big Ten and the Big 12" rankings...
LIGHT BLUE = Big Ten
GRAY = Big 12
RED = Iowa State
BLACK = Iowa
Big Ten average = +15.0
Big 12 average = +17.3

I'm not ready to take that leap quite yet, although it seems like their conference foes are really rolling out the red carpet to make it happen for them. Another 2-0 week and they'll probably be getting votes in the pollsIowa is gonna sneak in the tourney folks.
I took a peek at KenPom just out of curiosity. Turns out their big signature win is at home over 49 Nebraska. Minnesota is 92 and Rutgers is 94. They really haven’t been competitive in any of those aforementioned games against AP top 25 teams. They have serious work to do.I'm not ready to take that leap quite yet, although it seems like their conference foes are really rolling out the red carpet to make it happen for them. Now they are going to be the fake id of college basketballIowa is gonna sneak in the tourney folks.
And pretty much the same story for NET (probably more important I know). Zero quad 1 wins. Winning at the Barn is a quad 2 win these days. Pathetic.I took a peek at KenPom just out of curiosity. Because they beat Nebraska at home and Minnesota on the road? Those wins are ok, but don't do much for their resume. They need to win some of their quad 1 games. Beat Purdue next and then they start to have a sliver of hope. Even then they'd have a ton of work to do.Iowa is gonna sneak in the tourney folks.
How often do teams with no Quad 1 wins get at-large tourney seeds?
They will probably lose their share on the road. They'll lose at home to Purdue, but beyond that it isn't crazy to think they can hold serve there. Say what you will about that hole in the ground, and poke fun at the lack of attendance. It is still a hard place to play for whatever reason. Iowa State can't even win there.I took a peek at KenPom just out of curiosity. Turns out their big signature win is at home over 49 Nebraska. Minnesota is 92 and Rutgers is 94.
