Florida does not hold a candle to what is in Australia. That place is insane with the variety of animals that will kill you.

Snakes can startle me but I actually think they're cool. And I know that around me there aren't any venomous ones. Spiders always freak me out, though. I think it's the bulbous squishy bodies. Gross.

I was pretty convinced for a while that every spider looked a lot like a brown recluse. Now I’m just paranoid about ticks.

I caught an alligator fishing in Florida a few months ago. A small one. Maybe 18 inches.
