3-5 portal targets currently visiting ISU?..Jan 3rd-4th? A couple offered OL, a rb, and a wr or two?
Looks like Iowa is hosting a former Oregon 5-Star QB. As a UO alum there was a ton of hype for this guy but coaching changes and Bo Nix kept him on the bench. Could be good if UI gets a legit OC.
Why would any offensive athlete with talent want to go to Iowa? Their WRs had a total of 754 yards combined between 4 WRs. Their leading WR had 255 yards, in 14 games. Higgins almost had that in the bowl game alone.
For context, Higgins had 983 yards and Noel had 820 yards by themselves.
ISU recieved 2 visits from him during his recruitment. At 1 time ISU was in his top 4-5. He has family in Iowa...
Dorian Singer is in the portal. We were his first offer in high school. Probably not an option though

We are going after Sr. RB Jaylon Jackson from Eastern Michigan. He probably would be buried on the depth chart behind Sama, Hanson, and maybe Lee and Harris, but he is a solid kick returner, and we could use an upperclassmen in the RB room. Could be a decent addition. Jackson is a small speedy type.
We lost Eli Sanders and Quaron Adam's to the portal. One a RB and the other a WR. Both are small quick and fast. Is Jackson a replacement for that type of player profile? I think Campbell likes having different player profiles at positions like RB and WR.
Let me see if I can find it again. Came up when I googled him the first time.

Obviously staff knows what they have for internal development and anticipated strengths/scheme next season.

I thought or secondary was losing a lot and needed that also. Am I wrong on that
