I heard the reason he might stay at Iowa for another year is because NFL teams want to see if he can learn about proper and invalid ways to make fair catch signals. But they don’t trust Kirk’s staff to teach him because Kirk still thinks waving your arms isn’t a fair catch. NFL teams are trying to persuade him to transfer to a school where they understand what “invalid fair catch” actually means… like any other school
