We Will Collective contributor numbers

If donating the minimum $10 a month is too much for people like Gunnerclone, I’d such looking for a different career path. Iowa has two donors matching a million each and we still have fans ******** about NIL. I bet they’re same people ******** about transfers too.

Who else wants to donate in my name? Let’s go! If we get to $500 today and you mark your donation with “gunnerclone” (leave a screenshot), I’ll donate $50.

So far we’ve got $20 screenshotted.
@fcclone post your screenshot and we will count it whether it’s tagged with “gunnerclone” or not.

Need $430 more by 11:59 today. DON’T LET YOUR TEAMS DOWN. C’mon CF, there’s no better way to shut someone up than to show them your stack.

Edit: don’t forget this should all be matched so we could potentially be looking at a $1100 day for We Will just from CF.

I think it’s 2 donors matching $1M total. But your point is 100% correct

I am glad to see a few of us standing up to the vocal, extreme minority. In my career, I have always prided myself on not having negative nannies around and having their bizarre outlook on life try to destroy people like Brent Blum.

Now, we just need the masses to stand up at whatever level they can contribute to keep the mo going.

If negative nannies had any integrity they would unmask and come forward. They will never do that. They don't have the guts, honesty or integrity to do such.

Go Blum, go CW, go Pollard, go TJ, go MC, and above all, go Clones!

We Will Donation attached in honor of Gunnerclone. Are we to $500 yet?

As much as I don't support Gunnerclone's line of thinking and his past ragging on the We Will Collective (I see no benefit for anyone to his past attacks on NIL), I will admit that he's putting his money up for it now and I respect that out of him. I also respect his statement (assuming it's true) that he's giving to all these other charities. I agree wholeheartedly that there are many more important, worthy philanthropic needs in our communities at the end of the day than the We Will Collective. There are so many people, ecosystems and causes in need that take priority over NIL.

Just like there are 100x better things to do with 3 hours of your time on a Saturday than to watch Iowa State football or 2 hours to watch 35 basketball games per year or make 1000s of posts on CF. But we all love Iowa State and want to see them do well.

If you don't have disposable income to spend because you want to give it to a charity, then don't donate. But the "there are better ways to spend your money" argument is silly.

Personally I don't look at it as a charitable donation. That's a separate budget for me. This is just fun/entertainment money in my mind. It's awesome that it is doing a lot of good in the community and for our athletes but in my mind that's how I view it.

Jim Mora, UCONN coach, gave a bit of a peak behind the curtain.

I imagine we are better than that but I’m guessing not substantially better. I believe @brentblum said on the last podcast that Georgia and the top dogs are around $15 mil. Where is Iowa State? I’d guess we don’t want to disclose exactly but would be nice to understand generally where we are and where we are realistically trying to go.
