Not touching this at -3, but I do pick ISU to win.
Campbell teams don't tend to play well as a favorite. Especially on the road.
I don't have any data to back that up so maybe it's all in my head.

Definitely some trends that go against ISU in this one. Then again special teams are not hot garbage like they have tended to be under CMC and for once we are actually "winning in the margins", so maybe there is hope they can buck those trends.
I said this against Cinci in the poll thread and I'll say it again.....

Special teams did cost us the game in 2021, but Baylor also scored 21 points in the first half. 2019, they just shut us down in the first half. Both those Baylor teams played in the CCG, so not like we lost to inferior teams. Under Campbell, the better team has won every time, so I'm not as worried about "crazy things happen in Waco" as some, but, I do worry that we come out slow after the bye and get behind by 14 and come back but lose it by 3 or so on an interception in the game winning/tying drive.
Hate to hijack but what’s the tv situation. Do you need ESPN+? Pretty sure I canceled a few months ago.

If we get last year's Baylor game refs, chalk it up as a loss.
This feels like that Tech game from 2017. We were on 2 game winning streak and kept the good times rolling. I hope history repeats itself in going down into Texas and picking up another W.

Last comment, if anyone knows of a game watch that is doing deals on drinks let me know. I spent over $100 on 2 people watching the OU game at Whiskey. It wasn’t outrageous but would feel better saving some scratch on this one.

Just means the sharps are betting on Iowa State. Could be a good sign
Actually, from what I saw on cyclones.com, quite a few conference games are on ESPN+ as well. I have an option for $10/mo Disney bundle with my Verizon service (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), which is cheaper than ESPN+ stand-alone.
