No she buys gift cards for others (coworkers) and if you buy so many you get free ones so she always gets the free ones to Chilli's, Applebees, Red Lobster. I don't buy gift cards.
Pizza Hut and a movie. Those were her choices.

Our first date was snowmobiling and 42 years later we are still married. I see that wasn’t on the list
We went to Granite City back when it was still good. I used to go there a ton until it got ****** and then subsequently closed down.
Well.. that's not on the list and it worked out for you so maybe others should follow your lead.

Our first date was at Thai Kitchen. I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure we each paid for our own meals. After, we walked to my place for a beer before meeting up with friends out at the bars.

We went to the Applebee's in Cedar Falls, I paid, and nearly 30 years later she still remembers what we both ate.
Spaghetti Works Baby!! Applebee's was too busy. I paid. Oh, and I just turned 20 and she just turned 19. Spaghetti Works and/or Applebee's was a lot of money for a poor college student.
Was at Papa’s in Mason city. Just closed a couple weeks ago. May have hit a movie later but we had known each other for a bit. Of course I paid, I always did and still do, not that I demand to, she always forgets any payment source.
