Penn State White Out

Could’ve saved ~ $750,000 in NIL and still won those 9 games. That’s what cracks me up.
Suckers. As long as Ferentz is the OC, they'll need to pony up a lot more for an offensive player. You could tell their fans were doe-eyed idiots about the transfer portal. McNamara is a perfectly average college QB with one of the worst OCs in college football history. It's been worse than I even expected. Is Kaleb Brown still on the roster?

Of course Iowa finally becomes a national punchline but still will roll to 9 wins in that division. The new Big 10 and a Ferentz retirement can't come soon enough.

Yes, I've had a few and will be using my petty pass on a day ISU wins.

It’s actually strange the two Michigan players transfered to Iowa. I get the tight end, it’s the only guy they will pass the ball to. The quarterback basically ruined his college career to go to iowa

Same with that OSU receiver. Doesn’t play and killed his future NIL value.

You can ruin my career for one year payment of $750,000, especially since he wasn't going to play at Michigan. Yes, he could have gone somewhere else and showcased but he won't stick in NFL so get the $ now.

I have no idea why any Hawkeye fan or media member is worried or concerned at all about last night.

Iowa will still likely go 11-1 or 10-2 at worst. Their schedule is absolutely pathetic. Wisky is the only possible other loss on it. It's just rinse and repeat every year.

Yep, the west is already 0-3 vs the east. But this is nothing new. It’s been one of the worst two power conference divisions every year it has existed. It isn’t some marginal difference. It’s multiple wins per year just by playing in a garbage division.

That is what happens when you take your three best programs and put them into the same division for outside reasons.

The Big Easy wanted to continue the Michigan/Ohio State game on a yearly basis, MSU wanted to play Michigan every season and they must have figured that by keeping Penn State playing Maryland and Rutgers each year, that would help the two new programs with attendance issues. To do all of that they had to put the best three programs in the same division and thereby the West was made up of programs that were 4th and down the list. They had to be hoping that Nebraska would come in and strengthen that side of the conference, but this is not 1990's Nebraska anymore.

The league would have better off just stating that Michigan and Ohio State were going to play each other every year, and then moved Michigan and MSU to the West, thereby strengthening the west and still would have had Penn State and Ohio State in the East.

“If” lol. Another program gonna steal him away?
Hence why KF tried everything he could to get an NFL program to take him as a position coach so they could call it a "promotion" to save face but nobody wanted him. Thus the 25 points average contract was born. This is going to be glorious when their interim AD has to can BF and KF burns Iowa football to the ground on the way out.

Their fans and the national media know who Iowa is. Their last 5 games against ranked teams they are 0-5 with an average margin of defeat of 25 points per game.

Iowa is a solid program that beats the middle of the pack and bottom feeders but has no business being in the same category as the top teams in the Big 10. They win 9 games because they play 1-1.5 ranked teams per year.

Some in the national media. Will be interesting to see if any AP guys still give them votes this week.
