The Iowa State Jets

Don't they have Boyle, old GB quarterback? I think their best bet is to roll with Zach.
They said last night he was on the practice squad and wasn’t even available to be the emergency QB for that game. I’d bet they activate him now.

I suppose they could also put Randall Cobb back there …

Breece in the wildcat, all season long!

If the news about Rodgers being gone for the entire season is true, this is a huge opportunity for Wilson to show that listening to Rodgers has improved his game. He did not look like it last night, but I am sure he did not get much time with the first teamers to practice this week. The problem for the Jets, they were a SB contender with Rodgers, with Wilson, it looks like just getting into the playoff will be a challenge with the Fish and Bills in the same division.

You have to remember also he's been taking 2nd team reps all summer and the Bills do have an elite defense.

I think there's hope he could at least be serviceable with a full week of prep and playing some softer defenses. Unfortunately they get Dallas next so that could get ugly.

They'll be lucky to him get him through that game healthy.

They were good last year before Breece got hurt. Now they have a two-headed monster at RB with Breece and Cook so just ride those two.
The problem is they need to be careful with how much they ride Breece. It's not like last year when he was at full speed.

Honestly, if Breece wouldn't have gotten hurt last year this wouldn't be as catastrophic for them.

Yeah, luckily getting Cook allows them to ease him back. Michael Carter isn't a bad back either. Until Breece is fully healthy they'll probably do something like Cook 50% carries, Breece 35%, and Carter 15%.

Kapernik at 3 million for the season, he used to say he wanted to play find out. At least he's not worn out.

Okay, I’ll say this after watching that video I posted a bunch of times … the pop/shudder you see in the lower leg actually happens when Rodgers’ other foot hits the shin. So it may be just the vibration from that impact … or it may be the Achilles rupturing … or it may be that little extra stress from his foot striking the shin that caused the tendon to go kablooey.
