F1 2023 Discussion

Verstappen sets the record 10 straight.

Red Bull 1-2
Ferrari 3-4

Ferrari built a drag race car but it killed their tires, Max was reporting Carlos sliding around on like lap 7.

Sucks that Hamilton ruined Oscar's race and then got a penalty that didn't even matter.

Also Max too fast.

This is pretty crazy to me. I've been to Milan, it felt pretty safe to me. Plus a Ferrari driver might be one notch below the pope when it comes to how important a person is in Italy.

You probably didn't have a $250k Richard Mille on your wrist though, or maybe you did, in which case I'd like to be your friend.

Like I knew a Rolex can set you back like $10k because I've talked to the guy at the jewelry counter on a cruise ship when I was half in the bag but a 6 figure watch is crazy to me.

I wonder if this is a watch you could just go buy or a showpiece they just lend out to their high rollers.

I'm going to be straight with you here, I didn't know there were watches worth that much money that existed.

That doesn’t even touch the higher end of watches, especially when you get into limited collectibles. That’s actually on the mid to low end for a Richard Mille. Watch people are bonkos.

Edit: Here's a link if you're curious.

I'm surprised drivers don't have more security, or maybe they do and it just doesn't matter, but seems like several have been robbed lately. Lando, Charles, Seb, now Carlos.

Guessing the driver's are all gifted whatever sponsor is sponsoring. That is why it would be cool to drive for Ferrari or Mclaren. You get a car gifted to you by them.
