Yes he is. He can throw it but he doesn’t take long. If something isn’t open he’s taking off and he’s arguably the best running QB in the country. And he has free rein to do it too.

Their expected win total per many of the sports books was 2.5. New head coach and staff. All from the high school ranks i think. They will be competing for worst team in all of college football.
