Clarinda coach fired.

Yeah it doesn't sound like they were like 'there's an intoxicated persone now! Get him!'.

Having worked a great many large outdoor concerts, I am confident that this has never, ever happened. There’s just too much going on.

Public Intox and Vaping!? That's nothing, half of this board prob got Public Intox tickets walking home from Welch. I probably have nothing in common with this guy and he definitely has **** taste in music ;), but this is some ********.
That's putting a nice spin on it. He was trying to fight people and fighting with security trying to escort him off the grounds. That, combined with what you tried to downplay, will get you arrested every time.

Head FB coach and history teacher at my high school was arrested for his role in an illegal sports betting and money laundering scheme. Lost the FB coaching position, pretty sure he was suspended the remainder of the school year, and later returned to his teaching duties at the HS and coached girls tennis.

I want to say it was the same guy who a few years later sat on his roof during Homecoming week and waved a gun at kids out TPing when they approached his home

Coach Hitler?

Reported that he was drunk and fighting people. Security came and he was fighting them too. The drugs or vape was secondary to the incident, he was out of control. I believe he was one of the coaches at the recent Shrine Bowl. Immediately let go as the coach. Sad situation, it is said that you can spend a lifetime building a reputation and ruin it in 5 minutes.

The OP article looked like it omitted these details that make more sense to lead to a firing.
