They finally demoted Rod Gilmore. 15 years too late but they finally did it.
Yeah, hopefully when the Pac 12 is done in 2024 that Rod will be done as well.

For whatever reason ESPN loves them some RG3. Think he got a 1 or 2 slot upgrade in his assignment. Any game/studio show he is on I pretty much have to mute it.

Should have let him a go in the purge along with Mowins and Griffin III.
It's weird. I greatly dislike Mowins when she does football but I love when she fills in when Boog is gone for the Cubs. Baseball/softball just seem to fit her style better.

Never liked Jesse Palmer and don't get the appeal.

There's a surprising number of people on this list I've never heard of. Probably because of ESPN's talent purge. Or I'm getting older and just don't care.

Agreed. The ones I do recognize are largely because I’ve thought they sucked.

My Arizona fan neighbor asked me who our main B12 football announcers are and I really couldn't tell him. Is there an answer to that?

He already knew Fran was the man for the biggest basketball games.

Not really. ISU has had 14 different broadcast crews in the last 18 conference games (two seasons).

The only 4 that have appeared twice:
Goldsmith/Huard
Collins/Gardner
Matvick/Boiman
Mowins/Morrison

Announcers for football seem to be tied more to network/time slot than to a particular conference.

They should let Holly Rowe do Color or play by play. I bet she would be fantastic. That women is a national treasure.
Why? She's good at her job because she's able to bring the personality out of whomever she's interviewing or doing a story about. She is perfect for sideline.

Her fake excitement raised voice with that scratchy voice is nails on a chalkboard.
