Exactly what I thought. Bouba sounds softer and more fun. And like "booba". Kiki has harsh, sharp consonant sounds.

Kiki would be the angular one on the left. I think it has to do with the jagged lines most resembling a K, with the other one's rounded lines more resembling a B.

I would have been one of them.

Kiki sounds very direct, unique - hence shape with sharpe edges.

Bouba sounds like bubbles, calming sound- hence circular object.
