You can blame me. Forecast called for good rain chances last night, Friday and Saturday so I put down milorganite that I've been holding off on for a month waiting for rain. No rain today and now chances reducing for the weekend.

We got 1.25". Our rainfall has been pretty solid in Indianola this year. Still waited for my yard to brown out so I don't have to mow it all the time.

I've used that before but not sure it made much difference. City of Ames appreciates my high water bill. I'm waiting now for the first snow.....

Been a hot summer in Texas. Got rain until 3 weeks ago. Was hot and humid then. Now it's hotter but a bit less humid. 106F today. 100s all week long.

Had a nice little downpour in NW Johnston right as I was getting ready to throw some ribeyes on the smoker.. had to move them into the garage, but all is well.
