If the big 10 is truly sitting out this cycle, the big 12 could easily have their pick of all remaining 9 teams. I don’t think the ACC or SEC are legitimate options for separate reasons.

I think deep down they are AFRAID of BYU and what BYU in a major conference could become. If they weren't, they'd want to be in the same conference to prove they're better on the field. Instead they thought they beat BYU through realignment years back and now they're hanging onto that irrationally even though realignment could lead to incredibly clear defeat by that metric.

BYU board seems pretty well split if they want them in the B12, but they really don't like them.

Idk… their fate seems sealed. And I can completely relate and empathize as an ISU fan. It sucks but is the circle of life. I think ASU and Utah are the ones with a lot to lose in the next 72 hours depending on how this plays out next.

Utah sees their automatic playoff spot slipping away.

All those Giant Skyboxes you see are full of the suites in those stadiums because they have no other place for suites.

Its because our own people refuse to explain this to all those with press box fetishes.

Its about need, we dont need a giant sky box at the moment because our suites are elsewhere. If that need changes we will build a giant skybox.

But the cost for said skybox is huge so the need is going to have to be there.

Easy, expand onto the back side of the press box. Those new rooms can report on the parking lot action.

If we get Arizona, ASU and Utah can rot on the vine as far as I'm concerned. Only reason to add ASU is the reputation of their coeds, I'm too old to score on that and too poor to be a sugar daddy for a couple of them.
