I disagree on Gonzaga. If you can get them at 1/8 share (~$4M) per year, they are instantly additive in NCAA units alone and that's before we talk about opening up a late night window for the TV partners to be able to slot in some marquee games.
UConn is a totally different calculation that you could talk me into either way. Do NYC and basketball balance out their football problem? Does ESPN want their basketball product that they don't currently have access to? Does a real league and stability give that football program the ability to grow?
