I ended up in the ER last week for heat exhaustion and dehydration. It gave me such horrible anxiety I thought I was dying.Be careful. The heat can sneak up on some people without them being totally aware. Spoken by a guy who who had to go to the ER to find a running companion after a 10K race. Started to get worried when she didn't show up at the finish. Turned out she had heat stroke and was ambulanced to the hospital. She was okay but pretty scary. I got too hot in the race but could sense "Not good, Boxster" and slowed to a crawl for a bit.
