Which player on our roster do you think a vast majority are sleeping on?

If Curtis Jones can come in and prove me wrong and be a double digit scorer and 35%+ 3 point shooter at this level, I will be pleasantly surprised. He is my pick, because I for one am sleeping on him.

Yeah, I would say Jones. 17ppg in the MAC is nothing to sneeze at. I doubt he'll start here just because we have a lot of good players, but I could easily see him being one of the first off the bench and averaging 8-10.

My bold prediction is people are sleeping on Milan Momcilovic. People think he is going to be pretty good. I think he starts at some point and has a shot at freshman of the year. I think there is a chance folks are sleeping on Jackson Paveletzke. Kid has a super versatile offensive game. If we decide to feature him, he could light it up. I don't think he hunted 3 point shots enough as a freshman. I think TJ will coach him up and he becomes a volume 3 point shooter. We have enough other weapons to keep defenses honest.

Every time I see this thread title, I think of this:

I should’ve said incoming freshman exclusively. But if we’re talking as a whole, I agree with the ones that said Hassan Ward and Curtis Gibson. Gibson in particular. I think he could be a huge impact player.

Everyone feels under the radar this year somehow. Even our sophomore PG who vastly exceeded expectations and our 5 star freshman

Ive been saying this for a minute now but I think Tre King will be no worse than 2nd team big 12 this year. He can work in the paint, he just needs it to be 1v1 down there and not be 1 vs 3 or 4

Hason Ward will be improved, he was really good at the end of the year. Watson showed some serious flashes of his defensive ability as well. I remember a few blocked jumpshots where he didn't even need to close out on the guy and a sick blocked dunk, which aint easy to do without getting a whistle.

Hason Ward is going to take the leap. Had he came in early, he would have been playing Jones minutes all season and probably taken over the starting job by the end. Instead he never quite grasped everything and never gelled with the team. In his limited playing time last year, you could see the potential pouring out of him. He’s got huge upside going into his 5th year.
