The wild raspberry patch I watered is producing now and wow do they pep up a bowl of vanilla ice cream! But the time to buy stock in Wells Blue Ribbon is a month from now when our two peach trees begin ripening!

I can’t have dairy but like ice cream. Best alternative I’ve found is a vanilla coconut milk brand at Hy-Vee. The vanilla and coconut go extremely well with a drizzle of the Hershey version of Magic Shell.

Cinnamon and lemon would be my favorites, but I like a good sorbet also.

I have to admit that sometimes my inner child celebrates when my kids get cotton candy flavored ice cream and can’t finish it so I “have to”.

If you’re near a Trader Joe’s they had a really good lemon ice cream this year. Not sure how much longer it’ll be there.

The Filling Station in Madrid probably has the best tasting ice cream. They use a higher butterfat milk in their mix. It’s so good that I end up with brain freeze from eating it so fast.
