I was actually the caller. I think he is pretty misinformed about having to drink 100. It is still 5mg of THC.
No but it’s still THC that’s extracted and concentrated. I can tell the difference but to non users it definitely has an effect. It’s hemp THC. This isn’t 5mg of 80% cannabis THC gummy at the legal dispensary.

I think what you’re saying is correct, but it’s the potency of the THC that matters, not the volume. I don’t believe you can achieve the potency from a hemp plant vs a cannabis plant. It’s my understanding that Hemp THC is the same THC at marijuana. It’s the percent by volume of weight of plant that differentiates the two. Hemp contain less than 0.3% THC while marijuana contains anywhere from 0.4 to upwards of 20%. It’s just a matter how how much volume of plant you need (hemp or marijuana) to source 5mg.

Same plant, different species. Like a great Dane and a chihuahua are both dogs.
Ames water is the most potent.I have zero first-hand experience here, but… isn’t THC a molecule? Aren’t you saying some H2O is more potent than other H2O?
Um, no.I think what you’re saying is correct, but it’s the potency of the THC that matters, not the volume. I don’t believe you can achieve the potency from a hemp plant vs a cannabis plant.

The chemical makeup of THC is the exact same. Hemp is cannabis.I think what you’re saying is correct, but it’s the potency of the THC that matters, not the volume. I don’t believe you can achieve the potency from a hemp plant vs a cannabis plant.

There are multiple isomers of THC (e.g.- Delta 9, Delta 8...) but I'm still confused since Delta 9 is supposed to illegal over .3% and these claim to be Delta-9, right? The chemical makeup of THC is the exact same. Hemp is cannabis.
They could make these beverages from male plants that don't flower. Their female counterparts would produce the flower you buy at a dispensary.
What's the verdict?Swung by Lua and picked some up. Going to give it a try tonight.
Cool idea, but not $6/12oz cool, sheesh. Especially if it takes 4-5 (or 100) to feel anything!
He deadWhat's the verdict?
Disagree. 2.5-5mg is the perfect dose for most people, especially if they've never used. It's not enough to land you on the moon, but I don't think that's the intention of these beverages. You‘d have to drink like six or seven before you even feel anything.
I am pretty much a daily user, and I feel a noticeable effect from a 5mg can.Cool idea, but not $6/12oz cool, sheesh. Especially if it takes 4-5 (or 100) to feel anything!
I first used cannabis in 2001 and have had phases where I used it fairly regularly (late high school and at ISU). It’s pretty infrequent these days, but I’m far from inexperienced, and 5MG is absolutely plenty for me.Disagree. 2.5-5mg is the perfect dose for most people, especially if they've never used. On almost every single edible product I've ever seen from legal recreational states there's a line that says something along the lines of: For new/inexperienced users, try 1/2 first then wait an hour. It's clear there's massive interest in marijuana/THC in Iowa. Being first to can a THC drink is a pretty major accomplishment IMO.I first used cannabis in 2001 and have had phases where I used it fairly regularly (late high school and at ISU). I’m hoping that Pulpit Rock follows suit here soon. I live up that way and almost nothing from DSM breweries makes it up here.On almost every single edible product I've ever seen from legal recreational states there's a line that says something along the lines of: For new/inexperienced users, try 1/2 first then wait an hour.
