Thanks for the info. I figured the two checks is normal. My issue is they don’t add up to what I think they should. No detailed report yet. State Farm seems like they are just slamming this through. I just don’t want to get screwed. I’m definitely going to call my agent Monday morning.
Always a good call to ask them what is going on if you aren’t getting anything from your adjuster.

I think tuma complex on certain days is just slightly less cold than Antarctica. I remember playing games out there and feeling like I would never feel warm again.
Every time I'm there, I wonder why no one has the sense to plant some cedar or evergreen trees as wind blocks.

The Mississippi with be cresting just a couple of feet below all time records this week along Iowa.
Snow melt from Minnesota?

And I know there's still snow to melt after the recent snowfall in northern Minnesota near the Mississippi's head.

We had cars, roof, siding, and window damage from the hail storm last august in wdsm. Can confirm State Farm is a miserable outfit of ball suckers.we are still fighting on part of the claim.

Read this as Furries and immediately became triggered to tell you to take it to the cave. Then I realized a pack of wild furries showing up at a Fun Run might be a bit of a spectacle.

Ugh now fun runs aren't even litter box safe ?!?!

Wondering how folks in Ames, specifically with State Farm insurance are moving along after the March 31 storm? I had a "virtual" inspection on the 17th and was told they need to have another adjuster come out in person. Finally got a call tonight and they claim the soonest they can get here is May 8th. Needless to say I'm not real pumped that I have to wait over a month after the storm to get my inspection done. Trying to gauge if this is typical or I need to be raising hell with my agent. I have 4 neighbors with new roofs installed already so I'm fairly certain I know the answer...

Might not hurt to have a contractor check everything out if you haven't already just to make sure further damage isn't possible.

That last big hail storm we had in Johnston (I think 2021?) I want to say it took a month or so for nationwide to look at ours. I feel like that event was bigger/more damage, but not sure on that.
