Fyre Festival Documentary

I haven't watched it yet, at first glance I thought it was a documentary about a group of deranged psychotic douche bags in Iowa City. But it's Fyre Festival, not Fry Fest.

If the lineup sucked or not is subjective.

It's also irrelevant. I suspect most of the people who shelled out cash were paying for a party, same as people do with Coachella.

It was billed as a luxury experience on a Caribbean island with a who's who guest list of models, celebrities, and influencers. The music was an afterthought, which is ironic because the whole point of the festival was for it to serve as the launchpad for the Fyre booking app.

I listened to a podcast on this subject because all I knew it that it was a cluster****.

For some reason I thought it was located for southwest US but guess I confused it for another music festival in that location that also bombed.

Tonight I watched both docs there is one on Netflix and Hulu.

Netflix one I thought was much better than Hulu one. Billy goes on camera in Hulu one but really doesn't say anything worthwhile and if he did you can't believe anything out of his mouth.

Billy McFarland is a grade A piece of garbage human being.
