YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

I've grown not dislike Geno as much as I have it the past. I went back to watch his appearance on their show. I really enjoy his takes on the game. It's very cerebral.
He’s actually hilarious and a great guy off the court especially. He doesn’t BS when talking hoops. He comes across as someone who is full of himself but anyone that successful has an ego otherwise they aren’t that successful. Mulkey, Vanderveer, Geno, Coach K, etc. are all hyper-competitive folks who have that ego.

But when you just listen to interviews Geno does outside of pre or post game, the dude is very smart and is honest about the sport, his team (good and bad) and life in general.

I thought she might tone it down with a national spotlight, but nope. Perhaps she knows America loves arrogance and disrespect and is just looking for more $$$. Perhaps she has that little respect for players on other teams and she wants to make sure they know it.

Reese effectively brought attention to her behavior while also bringing into the discussion the reason that perhaps Clark gets so much more positive press and fandom than the likes of other great players through the years like Sheryl Swoopes, Lisa Leslie, Dawn Staley, Britney Griner, Skylar Diggins, Tamika Catchings, Cheryl Miller, Maya Moore, Aliyah Boston, Jonquel Jones, A’ja Wilson, etc.
I think they're all just young and having fun. I like the **** talking myself. Makes the games more interesting. My problem isn't even with Clark but the Iowa fans who won't STFU about it. They are even crying about LSU not being out there for the National Anthem. Maybe Bluder should be using that time to talk to her team like Mulkey. It's ******* embarrassing as hell but really pretty similar to when ISU loses too.

They had a special about her being the clapback queen. That only emboldened her more and made her believe that is what people wanted to see. Problem is, when you get beaten badly, it's not going to go well for you.

Not at all. Just take a look at a lot of the reactions to it.
Reese doing it should have nothing to do with race. Should she of followed her around instead of going to celebrate with her teammates? Yes, but I thought it was funny. What goes around comes around.

Pretty much this. Reese seems like a girl who was used to being treated as the most specialist of all the special kiddos growing up and once she got onto the college stage didn't like that someone else was getting all the attention. CC clearly outplayed her but her team got the W, so she had her moment and it'll be a great story for her kids and grandkids some day. Lol.
In their FF game Reese was really over the top with some staged celebration. Not my style but whatever.

I think there’s some need to act like female athletes can’t take this, so a bunch of baby fans jump in to decry the lack of class.

Clark did the little gesture to Van Lith. Reese did it to Clark. Van Lith and Clark are serious **** talkers and competitors. I bet they hate it but neither are ever going to whine about getting a gesture thrown at them. Im guessing they will keep dishing it out. They are tough kids and can handle it.

That is actually a really good comparison though. Media darling and quite famous for a bit. I didn't have one but I can remember the poster she had. Blonde flowing hair.
Played against her and did a story about her in Centerville. Moravia, Iowa Cornets and tried to make it in LA.

Agree. I personally can't stand trash talk, smack talk, whatever this stuff defines as. I'm not a fan when CC does it, not a fan when anyone does it. Probably a generational thing, I was coached to respect the opponent, keep your mouth shut and let your play do the talking. But it's the reality of sports today. The players who dish it out had better be able to take it.

She did go and celebrate with her teammates at 00:00. She did the thing we are talking about during regulation.

I almost listened to kxno today for the first time in a long time but didn’t. I bet it was good

My sister was owned by Fonda Dicks several times, followed by Molly Van Benthuysen. Moravia had a pretty good stretch in the 1970’s. Fortunately I was young enough to miss them both.

That's her first inclination after winning a national title?

It wasn't hugging her coach, celebrating with her teammates, or even pumping up the LSU crowd who probably spent thousands of dollars to see her play........nope it's following the opposing team around the court taunting players in their face.

That's signs of a mentally unstable, very volatile tasteless person, congrats on supporting that.
Go away you sukeye troll....
