JTS Improvements - Want More

If they're raising the lots 5', that's a hell of lot of fill, but I guess they can grind the old stuff right there and use it as fill, but I imagine they still have to bring in tons and tons, wonder where they will get it.

I'm guessing they are going to grind the asphalt onsite and truck it out. Don't think I've ever seen recycled asphalt used as fill (but I'm a structures guy not a dirt work guy). I know a lot of plants nowadays will use recycled asphalt in their mixes where they can. Or they use it for a road topping.

As far as the concrete, they could crush it onsite and use it as base. Or just send it off to be crushed somewhere and sell it to somebody as cheap gravel. Recycled concrete was a big thing in Houston for generic fill if you aren't looking for some specific engineering property.
