I looked at my son's lease. The late fee is 8% of the monthly rent.

Iowa has a 12 dollar a day limit for rents under 700. 5% daily seems very steep.

Bought sirloin strips to grill. I always start with a safer steak and build up for the summer. Get my grilling legs under me before the ribeyes and filets.

Seems a good post to point that I actually lost a couple of pounds while in Mexico for three weeks. Obviously was not doing the all inclusive.
