Song that hits you

Not to derail the thread, but I thought Coop records was at the mall? I know Peeples Records was in Campustown. I'm old, though, so that may have changed after I left.
Wasn't Coop the one in that little teeny mall thing underneath Minsky's?

Going in a bit different direction (more happy). These are ones that make me want to go on a road trip, go on a hike or just be outside on a nice day having a beer with friends.

Queen - "Bicycle Race"

I love bicycle riding - My bathmat actually has printed on it "I want to ride my bicycle," Also my fav song to sing in the shower.

Family member passed away unexpectedly and this was played at the funeral. I can't even listen to it. Can hardly write this post without tearing up. Damn.

During bouts of depression in Ames I used to just go drive around late at night, like 2-3 in the morning. Sound track was usually Kid A by Radiohead. This still takes me right back to the empty streets of Ames at 3AM.

regard this topic this is one that hits home for me

These about bring tears to my eyes:

Diana Ross and the Supremes - "Someday We'll be together"

Freddie Mercury and Queen - These Are Days of Our Lives"

R.EM. "EVerybody Hurts"

David Ruffin - "My Whole World Ended"
