I took the announcers word on it. I figured they were informed. I will now bow to you on everything from here on out over anything an announcer says.

There was an entire CF thread on the guy that made it abundantly clear what his role on the team was.

We don't have a high % shooter. many of the shots we take are rushed on the move, low % shots. When were set and facing the basket its a better %

Why are you counting AJ? He was never on the team! Should CMC say well, our one year wasn’t as great because Joe Butrow went to LSU and not ISU? I understand how Williams was a hit but Lipsy has done better than expected and we honestly don’t know how Williams would have pencilled out. Ward was supposed to be decent, wouldn’t you count that as a miss? You are trying to have it both ways.

I have to ask, if a team is limited talent wise, is that the players fault?

He was a piece that was relied upon by recruiting and by all notes was joining the team until a week before when got the two way offer. Much different than Joe Burrow.

Coachs fault when his compliment of players is mostly full from the "plan" he has... And any deviations are coach errors.

Here thesw aren't coach errors.

1) starting pg out before season after recruiting done
2) planned best shooter declares for NBA mid summer
3) star pg from last year transfers away for money

Look at preseason expectations and projections. Even after our great noncon, we were not projected to finish with 8 wins in conference. We were thinking bubble team AT BEST.

I usually don't look at the game thread before the game and don't get on CF until I get back home from the game so I didn't even think to look at the original post. lol

I don't look at the thread until the game is decided basically. Figure they will be who they will be so just flip it on.
