I love when computer illiterate individuals call me last minute to help them with their troubles at the very last minute despite being signed up for the online class for WEEKS and have been given ample time to figure things out on their own. Somehow it's now my emergency to help them create an account despite being sent an email weeks ago with very specific instructions on how to do so.
