I would rather have a chance to win in the last seconds of the game.
It’s WAY better to know you can compete away from home come tourney time.
We play in the best league in the Country.
Northwestern stats wise is barely better than 3-11 Oklahoma.

Exactly. Doesn’t make our losses on the road any less aggravating. In fact it’s more aggravating then just getting housed on the road. But you can see you are close and just a little change makes your fortune different. Iowa just chalk it up as a beat down almost every time.

Every time I get worked up about TJ needing to work the officials, I watch the Fran clan and am immediately glad for what we have.
Wins and losses aside, I'd rather have a coach and team that conducts themselves in the manner of TJ and company. Same with Campbell.
The eiu athletic department is a fitting representation of that pathetic institution.
Exactly! We are right there on the road in the best league hands down. Iowa gets rag-dolled on the road against average teams at best.

The goal for away games is to have a chance late and some years it works out, some it doesn't.
I realize ISU has gotten lit up a couple of times but it's not typical and conference games are more important.
And we haven’t gotten owned on the road aside from Iowa and Missouri. Second half of Tech was ugly but in the end it was an OT loss. Same with Okie State where it was right to the end.
For sure. There is a middle ground that TJ could wade out into a bit, but at the end of the day ISU coaches are on the right side of sportsmanship in all sports. It’s a mandate from JP and is honorable.
