Not to mention free throws killed Texas down the stretch and Harmon abused them going to the rack, including Hunter in the critical moment there. Hmmm that all sounds very familiar.

Hearing Fran talking about Hunter made me think a bit. Part of the reason he left was because he didn't want to be the guy, and Texas doesn't ask him to be. With his lack of size, it makes you wonder which coach would have pushed him to the future that he says he wants.
He got paid to pay for beard.

From Texas message board:
"Terrys downfall will be for sticking with Hunter and not getting arterio his minutes. Hunter is such a liability on D now and he can’t make open shots."

I would NOT want to play Creighton in March. They're in a dogfight at Providence. That team is really gelling.

Now an over and back on Creighton was missed. Roger Ayers is playing for Creighton.
How about on that long 2 by Nemhard? Clear as day his foot was on the line, ref standing right there watching him, immediately signals a 2 then signals to the other refs to run the replay.

Proof they are just guessing out there alot of the time. He made the right call but had no confidence in it.

From all of us fans at Iowa State...
...thanks for leaving Tyrese Hunter. I think you did us all a favor after seeing your fantastic career come crashing down in Texas.
