I don't think mafia would double up knowing that 1 of those 2 people would be voted out. This could be one of those opportunities where mafia puts in votes for mafia to better their voting records knowing one of their group is already sunk though.

Point one I agree with. Point 2: That would be really ballsy this early in the game.
why would it be ballsy? even if we vote out an inno today we get the demogorgan tomorrow.
If it’s two mafia and we get the non demigod today, we know tomorrow who the demigod is and boom we take out half the mafia by the end of day 3. That makes no sense if your mafia to play it that way
Any votes for Michael or North at this point are pretty meaningless in terms of determining who is inno and who is mafia

on the first day vote. I believe there is mafia and an inno who voted for ctown. I don't think mafia doubled up.
Only way they would is to make sure to start a run on the demogorgan hoping to clear the other player, but feels too risky to me.
Got it. I agree that both Michael and North probably aren't mafia. I wasn't suggesting that; I was just trying to determine which one makes more sense given cycarob's vote for Michael.

I have a strange strategy that I think would be interesting to deploy. We don't vote out the Demogorgon and see how they vote throughout the game. Of course this would just lead to more mind games, but we could potentially learn something.
